Welcome to QR Plant. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Description of Service

QR Plant provides a web-based platform for creating, managing, and tracking Static and Dynamic QR Codes, including digital menus, vCards, location markers, and custom redirect links. Certain features, analytics, and dynamic routing capabilities are restricted to paid subscription tiers.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access dynamic features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
  • Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly) via our secure payment processors (Stripe or Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
  • Limits: Your account is subject to the QR code generation limits outlined in your specific billing plan.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use QR Plant to generate QR codes that link to or contain:

  • Malware, viruses, or phishing schemes designed to compromise security.
  • Illegal content, including the promotion of violence, terrorism, or illegal acts.
  • Sexually explicit material or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading routing intended to deceive users.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account and deactivate associated QR codes if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation of this policy has occurred.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated QR destinations) are and will remain the exclusive property of QR Plant and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QR Plant.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QR Plant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that QR Plant will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
